My Story

Rubbish name, great cause! I blame my sister, who found this challenge and suggested I join her - and for some reason I agreed. So please give generously, as we have all been touched by cancer and know the importance of Cancer Research's work. Plus you get to laugh at me trying to exercise EVERY DAY in September. Every. Single. Day. This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
