I'm doing Sweatember to raise money for Cancer Research Uk - please support me! :)

This September, I’ve decided to do Sweatember, a 30-day exercise challenge to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Lee and I know so many people, including close family members and friends, who have fought this dreadful disease. Sadly, some of them lost their fight. As I'm always struggling to stick to exercise regimes, I thought there would be no better motivation to get off my bum and do something good than this!

Cancer Research UK is a fabulous charity and I really want to help, so during September I will be doing a mix of the following exercise to raise money...Couch to 5k runs, kettle bells, rowing, cross training and pole fitness. I might even do some extra chores around the house which I'm sure Lee would appreciate ;)

Please help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. I'm going to set the initial goal at £100 but let's see if we can smash it! Any amount, small or large, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
