Over the years I have seen some close family members and friends being affected by cancer and in my bid to try and help have been supporting Cancer Research for a number of years through regular donations and also sponsoring friends who were fundraising for this charity. This year, for the first time, I decided to challenge myself by taking part in the Race for Life 5k Muddy Run event alongside a group of friends. Please sponsor me so that together we raise as much as we can for this worthy cause!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
