I’ve set myself a challenge to start moving more and as soon as I seen this challenge I thought it would be a brilliant idea to do it for a great cause. 1 mile a day might not be a challenge to some people but with my fitness levels being so low at the moment it’s a challenge for me. If I can get over 1 mile per day then I will :))) walk, jog or run it will be done. I would be super grateful for any sponsors, any little helps xx
