Ruqayya's Yoga Challenge Giving Page

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m doing 30 minutes of yoga every day in June to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. I was diagnosed with ''leiomyosarcoma' in January.2022. It's been an intense few months but I am now on the 'recovery path' and doing well. I have to praise the wonderful medical team at The Royal Marsden Hospital for taking great care of me. I decided to see my cancer journey as a 'spiritual assignment.' As an opportunity for me to grow personally. It didn't disappoint, I recieved wisdom and truth in every phase of the 'messy' journey. I found an 'inner strength' and 'awareness' that really supported my healing. It put everything in perspective... When I saw this challenge, I thought it was perfect from my own recovery and also ' do good in the world' My body is still fragile, not supple but I am willing to try my best. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!
