I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

In memory of

Judy Smith (my beautiful mum)

Im taking part in Race for Life this year in memory of my beautiful mum who sadly lost her battle with cancer in April this year. My mum was diagnosed with mesothelioma in December 2017. This is a rare cancer and still very misunderstood by the NHS professionals. Mesothelioma UK is a fantastic charity which have helped support me and my family during this difficult time. I will be running to raise awareness for Mesothelioma UK and to make my beautiful mum proud.

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
