My Story
Being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 at the age of 40 was a complete shock it turned my world upside down. Thanks to the great work from the NHS and the amazing research that continues to go in to fighting this disease I am one of the lucky ones to have come through it. The cancer has gone but the fear of it returning still very much lives on but every day I am grateful to be a survivor. I am eternally grateful to all those continuing the research and leading the fight against this disease and without this much needed amazing work I would not be here. The people who work at cancer research are my heroes and raising money to help them to help more people is an absolute honour. With our help the researchers will find a cure and less and less people will need to say early farewells to their loved ones. Please support me and all the other survivors of cancer to help more and more people kick this disease in to touch. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
