My Story
If you’ve found yourself on this page because you found a painted stone then thank you very much. These last 18 months have been tough for so many reasons and with lockdown causing many fundraising events to be postponed or cancelled, charities are missing out on vital funds. I am raising money in as many ways possible, starting with Oxford race for life 5km in August, then I am doing the shine 10km night walk in October and in March 2022 I am doing a self-funded trek in Iceland all to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Anything you are able to donate will help fund research to beat Cancer sooner. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Finally, even if the events get cancelled or postponed, any money raised will still be given to Cancer Research UK as I fundraise year-round for them.
