My sister and I are taking part in a Race for Life 5k on 13th July to raise money for Cancer Research UK. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and unfortunately we all know somebody whose life has been touched by cancer, or have been unfortunate enough to experience it for ourselves. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. Anybody who knows me, knows I hate exercising, so although 5k may not seem like a lot, it is to.
