My Story
I’m running this race to raise money for a cause close to my heart. My mum is a breast cancer survivor as is my friend Louisa. Another friend Pam sadly passed away from cancer at the beginning of this year and my aunty is bravely fighting this awful disease right now. Cancer makes you feel helpless to the people you love, you can’t go through it for them, you can’t make them instantly better, but this is something I can do to raise money for more research so that maybe one day this awful disease won’t affect people anymore.
