My Story
Hello! I could give you a long-winded story here about why I'm doing this and go overboard with the heartstring tugging. The truth is that there was a reduction in the entry fee and I was feeling impulsive, so here we are. And now I have to walk for a really long time. I'm walking Shine because 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I don't know anybody who hasn't had someone they love impacted by cancer of some form or another, so I'm not walking on behalf of any specific strand of cancer research or support. It's all monumentally rubbish and I want the money raised to go where it's most needed. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground breaking work. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
