I’m walking to raise money for Cancer Research
My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. As a family we will be completing the Walk 30 Miles Challenge throughout September to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. The inspiration for completing this challenge is that My wonderful mum has recently been diagnosed with Triple negative breast cancer and is currently undergoing immunotherapy and chemotherapy. It's been a tough time for our family as her brother is also receiving treatment for prostate cancer. We are incredibly grateful for the amazing teams supporting both Mum and her brother through their cancer journeys. The care and dedication they show every day is truly remarkable. It’s not just about the treatment; it’s the kindness and support they provide that make such a difference to our whole family. We've experienced this journey before with other family members, and knowing that there are such wonderful people looking after our loved ones gives us hope and strength. A massive thank you to all the medical teams and professionals who continue to go above and beyond for those battling cancer.
