My Story
Life is pretty difficult right now for most people. But imagine having cancer and not being allowed to go home, or for a walk, or hug your family who live in the same house as you for fear of getting sick because you have no immune system. Cancer sucks! Thea, aged 6, lost her beloved Nanny Sue nearly 3 years ago and it has affected her more than I ever thought it would. That day Ashley lost his mum and I lost my friend too and the effect across the family was devastating. I lost my beautiful cousin at just 29 years of age, leaving behind two wonderful children. There are, sadly, too many friends to mention that have been lost to this. We have all been affected by this awful, awful disease in some way. Or we know someone who has. That is why we run. To try and help find a cure to stop others from suffering so please, join us or donate if you can and help us to kick cancers ass!
