My Story
Cancer is something that has effected many of my friends and family. My wonderful Grandma died from cancer in 2005 and I miss her everyday. I want to raise funds towards the research of cancer, in the hope that one day, we will beat it. Living in the city, I walk a lot already and enjoy checking the number of steps on my phone. I will be spurred on to reach my targeted 10,000 steps a day by knowing I will be raising money to support the work of Cancer Research UK. Please consider sponsoring me if you are able :) Thank you.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
