Nan fought breast cancer & now has been diagnosed with lung cancer Dad 25.02.17
In memory of
Charles
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. Me and my 6 year old daughter will be doing this for my dad and nan. My dads battle really started just over 6 years ago when he was diagnosed with mouth cancer, he didn't die from cancer but that's when the rocky road really started for him with operation after operation on his mouth leading to be unable to feed and tube fed. 2 weeks prior to my dad passing 25.02.17 my nan was diagnosed with lung cancer (incurable) whilst trying to support my nan and also attempt to grieve for my dad I've decided to focus on something positive and that's fundraising money for cancer research with my little girl who misses her grandad very much and who adores her 'nana'
