I'm racing for all those who took on the brave fight and those who are still bravely fighting!
In memory of
Mum and Dad
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. For all too many of us, this is something so close to all our hearts. I lost my beautiful mum 5 years ago to breast cancer. She died just 8 weeks before I had James. She fought an amazing battle for years and although I wished she held on to meet James, I was so inspired by her strength and bravery. We then faced another battle when my Dad the kindest man I know, was diagnosed with lung cancer a year later. We only had 2 weeks to come to terms with this before he sadly left us just 15 months after mum. If taking part in this race and raising as much money as we can, will give people more time with their loved ones, then every second of pain and every drop of mud will be worth it!!! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
