Most of you that know me will know that I exercise regularly anyways, but I've decided to step it up a good few notches to raise some money for a charity very close to my heart. After losing my mum, a cousin, my partner's uncle and one of my best friends and many others close to me and people I love, and also watching others close to me and my friends and family still fighting, I feel it's that time of year to give cancer another swift kick in the face and raise some money to help the people doing just that! So roll on September, come rain, shine or hangovers, I WILL exercise every single day! Hope you can all spare a few pennies or pounds to spur me and my poor body on!
