My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Cancer is a vile word and I have lost family and friends to this awful disease. Five years ago my children lost their dad to cancer and watching them suffer as a result was heartbreaking for me as there was nothing I could do to take their pain away - I felt I lost a part of each of them as they tried to cope with their loss. A cure has to be found and I want to do my bit to help raise as much money as possible. It will be difficult to do 10,000 steps on a work day as I am sat behind a desk all day but I am detetmined to do my bit for Team Impact so please support me to help raise cash for Cancer Research - any amount will be appreciated and I sincerely thank you for supporting our team x
