My Beautiful, Brave, Strong, Determined, Loving, Funny, Kind,Courageous, inspirational Mum Janet.
17th Oct 1957 - 29th Jul 2017
I have been haunted by Cancer for most of my adult life losing many family members Aunties, Uncles, family friends. Then in 2014 my Lovely Mum was diagnosed with stage 4 Bowel Cancer after 2 and a half years. In 2017 my Brave, strong ,courageous Mum lost her battle although she fought with all she had the Cancer was much stronger and bot by bot stole her away. Just over 12 months later her big brother Pat was diagnosed with an aggressive Brain tumour and also fought fiercely. But after 8 weeks the cancer also stole him away. In February this year my Lovely Dad was admitted to hospital after months of going back and forth to the Doctors. He was diagnosed with Palliative Prostate Cancer which has spread to his Pelvic bone, Lymph nodes, Hip bone and joint, borh Femurs and a small area in his back. We have been informed that with treatment the Cancer will slow down but he will never be cured. So once again am going to do Race for Life Pretty Muddy and kick Cancers Arse. In memory of all of my family members, my Lovely Mum and Uncle Pat. Along with my Brave, strong, courageous, gentle Loving Dad Jimmy who is battling with Cancer right now xxx 💔💔💖💖💕💕 Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
