To remember those we've loved and lost, and to help keep the rest of us healthy and happy
In memory of
Carole Denning
For those who may not know me so well, Cancer has affected my family a number of times now, claiming two of my super awesome grandparents and most recently my Aunt and Godmother, Carole. She will always be a source of inspiration to me, as she lived her life to the full, saw the best in everybody, the good and the fun in even the darkest of times, and always had the sassiest hair dos ;) She was always so strong and optimistic. And had so much love to give, even in her last hours. I would like to pledge my unfit yet strong-minded body to the Pretty Muddy race because Carole never took herself too seriously and she would probably be up for doing it herself if she was here. I can't do anything to change the fact that she's no longer with us, but I can try and change the future for others. Cancer is happening right now, and meddling in nearly all our lives, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so dig into your pockets and sponsor me now. Or by the end of September ;)
