I never thought I would see the day when Cancer would enter the lives of my very small circle of family and friends. I am not physically fit. I am not a runner, but I want to make a small difference in someway/somehow by doing this Mud challenge to raise money. So, I am doing this challenge in remembrance of a beautiful woman whose life and untimely death has changed my life forever. My beautiful aunt Michelle. Michelle was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer abd died 19th November 2016, less than a year from diagnosis. Michelle was a true fighter right up until the very end, but no one should EVER have to suffer in that way. No family should ever have to witness the loss of a loved one in that way. This is also for those that I've had the pleasure of knowing in my lifetime and who have lost their battle too: Mary, Emma, Aloma, Ina, Sarah, Thomas, Great aunt Hazel, Joy, Candy, Val and Doreen. And for those that have fought and won: Isla, Myrna, Jeanne, Irene. I would appreciate a small donation, whatever you can give for Cancer research so that they can continue the fight to find a cure and help people live. Thank you and much love!! :) Lisa x
