My Story
This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. I pledge to exercise every day in September. I'll be walking my brother Dean's dog Freya more. I'll swim more and get my daughter to join me. I'll do extra quick spin classes, extra walks with my friend Kelly. I'll even go for a walk during my lunch hour and drag my husband Phil to the badminton court. I might try a new exercise. Whatever it takes. Think I can't do it? Think again! I'm doing this in memory of my mam and to raise money to help fight cancer.
