My Story
Cancer is a horrible disease. Too many people I love have been affected by this, I miss my Mum every single day, and I often think of my loved ones that are no longer with us. Recently my mate, my buddy, my duet partner Danni was diagnosed with cervical cancer after a routine smear. To say the wind was knocked out of me is an understatement, so I cannot imagine how Danni has been feeling these last few months. I could say so much about her here, but I'll simply say, Danni, you're a bloody fantastic human!!! So I want to raise money for Cancer Research. I could do a run, but I love to run so that's not much of a challenge!!! So, in February I am attempting Sugar Free Feb, no added sugar for the whole month of Feb. You might think this is not much of a challenge for a Slimming World member, but I love a Hifi bar, (Fruit & Nut are the best), I look forward to a Freddo of an evening, and which self respecting Slimming World member doesn't plan a Pink & White into their week somehow??🤷♀️ So if can spare a few quid, and you'd like to see me make it through Feb without so much of a whiff of a Creme Egg, please click on the link below, every donation is much appreciated 😘
