My Story
My mother in law had battled ovarian cancer for the past 3.5 years, and it still continues. I have seen first hand from the operations to the chemo how it effects not just her but everyone around her. My prayer is that she beats this like so many others. I have also lost 2 others to cancer so know beating it isn't easy. At times you feel helpless so decided to do this 5km to feel like I am giving back and helping them find answers to a disease.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
