I’m Nordic Walking 112 miles this February to help beat cancer
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This February, I’m Nordic Walking 112 miles to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. All of us can support the research that will beat it. You can help fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page. In December 2021 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Currently, I’m in the first part of my treatment and I will have surgery later this year. The meds I’m on mean I can, at the moment, carry on pretty much as usual. I’m doing this to share awareness, raise money for this wonderful charity and because I love a challenge! The original challenge is to run 56 miles. I’ve decide to do 112 miles Nordic Walking instead. As a Nordic Walking Instructor this seems like a good compromise and I can also share my walks with others.
