I have always wanted to raise money for charity and do a sponsored 'something' but have never had the confidence to do it. But this September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
I have lost nearly 3 stones weight and this exercise will help me and ultimately, help others too. I will be doing home HIIT sessions, walking more, cross-training and swimming. Please help by donating and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
