As most of you know Jacks mum Jane was diagnosed with breast cancer back in October last year. She is the strongest woman ever! And really is kicking cancers bum at the minute! So she is the reason why I'm taking part in the Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
