This time last year, my sister and partner in absolutely everything, was diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer. This turned life quite literally upside down for me and my family but most of all for Zoe. She has been doing a kick-ass job of fighting it for a year now with her usual glamour and a positive attitude that I am in constant awe of. I honestly couldn’t be any prouder of her if I tried. A year later, we have decided to challenge ourselves in a different way. This month we will ‘walk all over cancer’ by doing 10,000 steps everyday in March to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Zoe’s fight is still very much going and without the amazing work of cancer research, her outlook might not be so positive. This horrible disease is affecting far too many people and the only way we will beat it is to stand together with organisations like Cancer Research, who’s work makes this fight of ours, possible at all. Our goal is to climb the Grossglockner mountain in Austria in another years time so this is the start of our training for that! Please if you can, donate whatever you can to help Cancer Research continue to make discoveries that allow people to get their lives feeling a little more...the right way up again.
