My Story
Cancer will affect most of us in some way during our lives. I lost my beloved dad, John Griffin, to lymphoma in 2012 and I’m not about to lose any more loved ones without a fight which is why I promised him that I would raise money every year for cancer research. This year 5k just doesn’t feel like I’m making an effort so I’m doubling it. The deal is that I expect double donations in recognition of my hard work (and pain and sweat and inevitable tears!) so please dig deep this year and together we can help to beat cancer. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
