My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. My mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2018 and my Nan was also diagnosed quite a few years ago. They were both strong enough to beat it and I am running this 10K to raise money so more people are able to ring that bell at the end of their treatment and say they beat cancer. I am running this race for my mum and my nan, but also everyone whos been personally affected by Cancer. If your able to donate please do so, every pound goes straight to cancer research and actively helps fund things like new drug trials, cancer prevention research and more. I have set my target to 150 pounds, and I would love to be able to reach this target, maybe even exceed it. Cancer touches so many people and affects many peoples lives.
