Ave and I are both showing our support to a worthy cause and supporting a good friend.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. It may not be very ambitious to run 5k but as a non runner it'll be a challenge. Small steps though - 5k this year and a marathon in a few years ?. I appreciate any donation you can make to this worthy cause and promise that Ave will take lots of embarrassing pictures of me along the way!
