My Story
Emmy and Lewis lost their dear grandad Derek Jackson back in 2020 to cancer. The day of the run he would have been celebrating his 70th birthday. They thought, in his honour, that raising money for cancer would be a lovely way of celebrating him and who he was. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
