My Story
I'll be wearing my football shirt on Friday 21 April to support Football Shirt Friday raise vital funds towards bowel cancer research. Help me raise money by wearing your favourite football shirt, sharing on social media and donating to my page this April.
CAUSE
Bobby Moore Fund
Bobby Moore was just 51 years old when he died. Shortly after his death in 1993, Bobby’s widow Stephanie Moore OBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund to raise money for pioneering bowel cancer research. Since the fund was set up , bowel cancer mortality rates have fallen by over 30%. However, with 48 people losing their life to the disease every day in the UK, we still have a long way to go.
