My grandad Bryan Stalley and my great grandad Eric Bliss
This year I have the honour of being Junior Captain at Brickhampton Court Golf Club in Gloucestershire. Throughout the year I have the opportunity of raising money for a good cause and the Club have kindly given me permission to have my own charity in addition to the main Captain's charity for 2019. I have chosen Cancer Research UK for a very personal reason and will be looking to raise as much as we can to help support this amazing organisation. Cancer touches many families in unpleasant ways. It has also touched my family before, sadly taking my grandad from me before I was born. My great grandad also sadly passed away through this illness. Because of this I am determined to raise as much money as I can. Throughout the year I will be doing a number of golfing events to raise money to help, and these will be fun, golf related so everyone can enjoy themselves while raising money for a great cause. I therefore want to thank everyone who will be helping me with these events, and to anyone who will kindly donate money to support what I am doing.
