Still want to donate?
In memory of
My Mum Dorothy, my friend Muriel who lost their battles & Survivors like me & those still fighting.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. 1 in 2 PEOPLE. That's a 50% chance in a family of 4 that 2 of you could be diagnosed with cancer. Not very nice odds is it. More money is needed to reduce these odds. So please help by donating to my race for life page. I am lucky as I'm a survivor of breast cancer. Had I not been called in early for a mammogram things would have been very different. I'm now coming up to 8 yrs since my diagnosis and 2 and a half yrs post treatment. I lost my mum to cancer 33 yrs ago and a best friend a few yrs ago both from different types of cancer. I also have close friends Fay, Alison and Rita, who like me survivors of breast cancer. Cancer is a horrible disease but with your help we can carry on the research to find a cure for all cancers.
