Cancer is happening right now, and happened to myself when diagnosed with breast cancer in early october of last year which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and i never thought that i would be one of those 1 in 2 and definitely not at age 39. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. I am doing this for every person/friend/ family who are living with this disease. I'm not a runner hence why I'm only doing the 5k but you only live once ? and I'm sure my wee sis will drag me round. ?
