My Story

On behalf of Caroline and Natalie thank you for visiting this page. Les was diagnosed with Lung Cancer on the 5th October and sadly passed away less than 3 weeks later in the early hours of Sunday 23rd October. During that short period Les went through an awful lot but never once lost his smile or sense of humour. He really wanted to be around for his family and many friends who he loved dearly. For the time Les had he always lived life to the full, laughing, joking and creating some amazing memories for those that he has left behind. He was loved by all that knew him and many would say he was absolute legend. We will all miss Les very much but he will never be forgotten. A tribute to Les from one of his many friends. In grief we all stand side by side A lovely man we’d all describe He really was the life and soul He’d sing, he’d dance and play the fool And tragically his life’s cut short But always be within our thoughts God Bless Les Rest in peace Donations directly to Cancer Research is what Les would have wanted.
