I'm running the Great South Run in Portsmouth, on 16th October 2022 for Cancer Research UK
I've recently started running again to help with my mental health, general fitness and weight loss. I have now decided to challenge myself a bit more with a longer run (10 miles!) and raise money for a very worthwhile cause! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money right now for Cancer Research UK. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
