Len takes on Sweatember
I'm the Head of the CRUK Biotherapeutics Development Unit and this September, I’m taking on Sweatember; exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured by sponsoring me. Update 4th September. So far it is going well. A bit sore and some "oh man I am tired, do I have to run?" But feeling really good when it's done. Update 6th September. Exercise was push-ups and sit-up for a lighter day and giving legs a rest. Not very good at push-up....
