My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. The cause is a very personal one for me, having lost my beautiful best friend Clare to cancer in March 2020. Clare was 35 years old, the life and soul of every party and mum to a gorgeous baby boy. I miss her every day. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
