My Story
As most of you will be aware our family like so many others has been sadly affected by Cancer. Mine and My Dads aim over the coming years is to raise as much money as possible to give back in honour and memory of my Mom. While a half Marathon isn't the most physical challenge we intend to embark on it will be a significant emotional challenge to complete the run knowing why we are running it and also knowing she wont be at the finish line to greet us like she has on every run we have completed to date. Cancer affects way to many people and while we were not lucky enough for my mom to beat it we hope by raising as much money as we can that many others will go onto to beat it.
