My Story
I'm really hoping and trying to do my bit for charity at the same time as setting myself a bit of a challenge. Previously I have completed a 5k run for a different charity but thought I would step up the challenge and think big by entering the Birmingham half marathon. Everyone in some way or another has been affected by cancer so I thought that this would be an ideal charity to get on board with in trying to make that little bit of difference.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
