I'm taking part in Race for Life to make a difference!
My Story
Cancer isn’t something that affects one person, it affects many, too many in fact. As a family we have lost far too many amazing people to this awful disease. We have also had my amazing Mam survive and carry on even though some days are hard due to radiotherapy damage- she is an amazing lady and I know sometimes she feels totally fed up and like it’s never ending! We have all been on the rollercoaster of cancer, laughed, cried, cuddled, wondered, hoped for the curve ball that never came...you name it, if affects everyone within that family! The person having the treatment and attending all those appointments, even if it’s painful and makes you feel worse each time- everyone’s journey is different and personal to them! I want to help raise money to help everyone not have to go through this- please help me raise my target. Thanks for reading my story. Lea xxx
