I’ve ran race for life before (along time ago now when I was fitter and healthier!) and so this time I continue to run / jog for people in my own family that have suffered with / survived cancer and to support a friend (who is my family) as she supports her own family during a cancer diagnosis. I run for the future of all our children’s health as well as my own. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
