My Story
I ran this last year and completed the 10k in 62-minutes and raised over £400 for Cancer Research! This year my original aim was to sign up and just run it, with the goal of completing it in less than 60-minutes... however, over Christmas (December 27th) we found out our Nan had Stage 4 Ureter Cancer that had spread. Three weeks later, on the 22nd January she passed away. For Nan, there wasn’t really a chance for treatment but for so many other people there is. Therefore I want to do my bit to help raise funds towards that research... and if I hit sub-60 minutes, well that’s just a bonus! Thank you for reading and for any donations! 🧡❤️
