As most of you are aware, I sadly lost my mom to cancer in 2016 after being diagnosed just two months previous. The heartache and pain that this caused/is still causing is indescribable and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. In memory of my mom and to help families who are going through the same situation, I have decided to take on fitness February in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I will be doing a minimum of 30 minute exercises everyday, whether it’s home exercises or going to the gym. Even just a small donation will help to raise money and awareness for this horrible illness & help prevent more families going through what we have.
