In 2015, my Mamma was diagnosed with not only cancer but also dementia; everyday, I am deeply overwhelmed with feeling powerless! There is nothing I can do to give her back full control of her life, however, through the darkness and the constant heartache, I CAN make the slightest difference by raising awareness of cancer through Cancer Research UK. My Mamma is delicate, pure and truly magical, my Mamma is me, and my 5k muddy race for life will equally be magical, for her, for my Mamma.
