Laverne's 2017 10k Run

I am not a runner and there are brilliant Marathon runners out there however I have completed 5k runs for many years in aid of Cancer Research UK because I want to support this charity and anyone who has ever been affected by Cancer. Last year in 2016 I completed the 5k Race for life in 30 mins 28 seconds which is a personal best for me & I'm proud to challenge myself this year in entering for the 10k! I always push myself from the year before as before 2016 my PB in 2015 in Victoria park was 32 minutes 35 seconds so even though I have never done a 10k before I will ensure I make everyone who is supporting me proud and although I don't have a PB to beat I will ensure I complete it no matter what! Thanks to everyone who has rooted for me it is greatly appreciated! I hope this year I can help to raise money for those who have suffered with Cancer as well as their families and friends who support them so I can help everyone to fight and beat cancer!
