My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon and raising money for Cancer Research UK by ditching the drink for one month and fundraising for life-saving research. As most of you know, I do like an occasional bevy ;) However, I have decided that my new years resolution this year is to do more for charity and what better way to kick start the year?!! Everyone is affected by cancer in some way or another and the money raised will go towards an amazing cause. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
