My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Veg Pledge page. This November, I will be going vegan for Cancer Research UK. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I know a number of people that have been affected by cancer in some way, and know how deeply it can impact a person and family. After loosing my granddad in 2010 I know I would have done anything to help prolong his life. The feeling of powerlessness is something you often think of when it comes to cancer and loss, so I have decided to help TAKE THE POWER BACK! This November I will be taking the vegan pledge and raise as much money as I can for cancer research, so please donate as much as you can to help. xxxx KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
